Mildura Health Fund is registered on Eclipse as MDH.
Provider Registrations
The Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) manage all provider registration applications on behalf of Mildura Health Fund.

Batch Header
Due to recent changes made by the Services Australia, a batch header is required for all manually submitted claims.
The Batch Header is available in two formats, you can select your preferred format type below:
- Format 1 – Submit copies of invoices via our online submission form
- Format 2 – Download the MHF Batch Header PDF to print and complete.
Payment of Claims
All payments will made by direct credit to your nominated account, as per your registration.
Non-eclipse remittance advices will be forwarded to the email address provided on your registration.
Mildura Health Fund release provider payments twice a month, on the 15th and the last day of the month, or the closest business day.
If you have not provided your bank account details, payment of benefits may be delayed.

No Gap Medical Agreements
Mildura Health Fund offers No Gap Medical Agreements to providers operating out of the Mildura Health Private Hospital. For further information contact our Medical Billing team via email medical@mildurahealthfund.com.au.
